Sundeck Restaurant“LEED®”ing the way in structural design for resort environments. The Sundeck restaurant in Aspen is the first building of its type to achieve (LEED®) designation. The 22,000 sf structure is the centerpiece of Aspen Mountain's facilities that feature elaborate exposed wood trusses supporting roof snow loads of 170 psf.
