Vail's Front Door

Part of Vail's Billion Dollar Renewal- The Vail's Front Door, currently under construction, is a uniquely challenging mountain project. 

The project utilizes rigid foam fill to recreate the existing grade for landscaping when the project is completed.

The project includes an underground parking garage approximately 20 feet below existing grade with mutliple residences above.

The Landmark and Meridian Towers

Only a couple floors to go!  The construction of The Landmark, a 14 story luxury residential tower in Greenwood Village, CO, as viewed from the northwest.  Concrete is the canvas for this architectural design.  The post-tensioned concrete flat plate slabs are supported by concrete columns and cores.  With Landmark nearing its topping out, the second phase, The Meridian, a 16 story tower, will start rising out of the ground just to the east.
